ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer Rachel Bacola, Planning Technician PUBLIC HEARING ITEM 1: 15820 Shady Lane Subdivision Application M-04-0010 Requesting approval of a lot line adjustment between two lots on property zoned HR-1. APN 527-04-008 & 009. PROPERTY OWNER: Sandra and William Griffiths APPLICANT: Howell and McNeil Development, LLC 1. Chair Baily opened the public hearing. 2. Staff gave report on proposed project. 3. Applicant was introduced 4. Members of the public were not present. 5. Public hearing closed. 6. Parsons moved to approve the application subject to the conditions presented with the following findings and considerations: (1)The application is Categorically Exempt from CEQA, Section 15305. (2) The proposed lot line adjustment is consistent with the General Plan since it is bringing the lot and buildings into conformance. 7 Linney seconded, motion passed unanimously. 8 Appeal rights were cited. ITEM 2: 50 University Avenue Suite 220 Conditional Use Permit U-04-016 Requesting approval of a formula retail store on property zoned C-2:PD:LHP. APN 529-02-044 PROPERTY OWNER: Federal Realty Investment Trust APPLICANT: White House Black Market, Inc Deemed complete. Matter tentatively scheduled for the planning Commission meeting of July 28, 2004. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:15 A.M.
