The meeting was called to order at 9:10 A.M. by Chair Baily.

Requesting approval to modify the front and rear elevations on property zoned
C-2:PD. APNS 510-45-064 and 065.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Toll House Hotel, LLC
Application was deemed complete. Parsons moved to approve the application.
Linney seconded. Motion passed unanimously. Appeal rights were cited.
ITEM 2: 15350 Suview Drive

Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned
