OF LOS GATOS FOR MARCH 16, 2004 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.

Requesting approval of a time extension to exceed the allowable Floor Area Ratio
and to project into the required setbacks for a single story addition on a
nonconforming lot zoned R-1:8. APN 532-29-030

Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to Development
