The meeting was called to order at 9:03 A.M. by Chair Baily.

Requesting approval to convert a portion of an existing restaurant (Swenson’s) to
another restaurant use (Cold Stone Creamery) on property zoned C-2. APN

PROPERTY OWNER: Park Row East Apartments, Ltd
APPLICANT: Catherine G. Asbun
Deemed complete. Jim Lewis discussed accessible concerns with the site. Matter
tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of February 11, 2004.

Architecture and Site Application S-02-72
Requesting approval of exterior changes to the Kentucky Fried Chicken/Taco Bell
building on property zoned CH.. APN 523-06-038.
PROPERTY OWNER: Harman Management Corporation
APPLICANT: Edwin Bruce Associates
Deemed incomplete by Engineering and Planning Divisions. Jim Lewis discussed accessible
concerns with the site. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee.
Matter tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of March 10, 2004.

the Development Review Committee is the next Tuesday.
