01-20-04 Minutes - DRC TOWN OF LOS GATOS 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95032 (408) 354-6872 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR JANUARY 20, 2004 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- The meeting was called to order at 9:10 A.M. by Chair Paulson. ATTENDANCE Members Present: Joel Paulson, Planner Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer Susan O’Brien, LP2A PUBLIC HEARING: ITEM 1: 14240 Lora Drive Architecture and Site Application S-04-10 Requesting approval to construct a new residence on property zoned R-1:8. APN 409-15-043. PROPERTY OWNER: Michael and Cheryl Dugan APPLICANT: Innovated Housing Solutions, LLC 1. Chair opened the public hearing. 2. Grant Denmark, applicant, was present. 3. There were no members of the public present. 4. Chair closed public hearing. 5. Fletcher Parsons moved to approve Architecture and Site application S-04-10 with the following findings and considerations: a. Find that the proposed architecture and site application is categorically exempt, pursuant to Section 15303 of the California Environmental Quality Act; and b. Determined that the architecture and site application is in conformance with the considerations for Architecture and Site applications as set forth in Section 29.20.150 of the Zoning Ordinance; and c. Approved the Architecture and Site application subject to the draft conditions below, as well as, any additional conditions from the Building Division, Engineering Division, Santa Clara County Fire Department, and any other department or agency with jurisdictional authority, and as shown on the development plans received January 7, 2004. 6. Susan O’Brien seconded. 7. Project approved with conditions as presented at the meeting. 8. Chair stated appeal rights. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:15 A.M.
