TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR NOVEMBER 18, 2003 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC

The meeting was called to order at 9:10 A.M. by Chair Paulson.
ATTENDANCE

Architecture and Site Application S-04-16
Requesting approval to demolish and construct a new single family residence on property
prezoned R-1:8. APN 532-04-067.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Kelly Gordon
Deemed complete. Project will be approved pending the outcome of the neighborhood
notification process.
ITEM 2: 16495 Topping Way
Architecture and Site Application S-03-43
Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new
single family residence on property pre-zoned R-1:8. APN 532-09-001.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Ali & Shahla Khani
Deemed complete. Item tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of
December 10, 2003.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:30 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting of
the Development Review Committee is the next Tuesday.
