TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR NOVEMBER 11, 2003 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC
CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Paulson.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:

ITEM 1: 15000 Los Gatos Blvd
Subdivision Application M -04-2 and 3
Requesting approval to merge two office condominiums and a lot line adjustment on
properties zoned C-H. APNS 424-35-033, 034 and 035
PROPERTY OWNER|APPLICANT: Hans and Margarete Werner
Deemed complete. After confirming that Santa Clara County Fire concerns have been
addressed, Notice of intent to approve will be mailed.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:10 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is the next Tuesday.
