The meeting was called to order at 9:15 A.M. by Chair Davis.
ATTENDANCE

Planned Development Application PD-03-1
Requesting approval to modify a Planned Development relating to the allowed square
footage of office space and number of apartment units on property zoned CM:PD.

PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Sobrato Development Companies
Deemed complete. Tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of
October 22, 2003.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 10:00 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is the next Tuesday.
