ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Judie Gilli, Assistant Planner Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer ITEM 1: 615 Blossom Hill Road Planned Development Application PD-04-1 Requesting approval of a modification to the official development plan for an approved Planned Development to eliminate an emergency access fire road on property zoned RM:5-12:PD.. APNS 529-16-026, 042, 073 & 529-14-012 PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Cupertino Development Deemed complete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to Development Review. Tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of October 8, 2003. ITEM 2: 111 Church Street Architecture and Site Application S-04-9 Requesting approval for minor exterior changes on property zoned RM:5-12. APN 529-28-029 PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Los Gatos United Methodist Church Deemed complete. Application approved. ITEM 3: 321 Bachman Avenue and 240 Massol Avenue Subdivision Application S-04-1 Requesting approval of a lot line adjustment between two parcels zoned R1D:LHP. APNS 510-17-097 & 098 PROPERTY OWNERS/APPLICANTS: Scott Garrett, Don Tyler and Kathleen Cannon Deemed complete. Application approved. ITEM 4: 16330 Cypress Way Architecture and Site Application S-03-15 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR-2 1/2. APN 532-26-099 PROPERTY OWNER: Tom Pratt APPLICANT: Michael McKay Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to Development Review. Matter tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of October 22, 2003. ITEM 5: 15575 Los Gatos Blvd Conditional Use Permit U-04-5 Requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a bank (Heritage Bank of Commerce) on property zoned CH. ITEM 6: 210-214 Almendra Ave Building Permit B03-701 Review of Parking lot improvements PROPERTY OWNER: Town of Los Gatos Pursuant to Section 29.10.155 (m) of the Town Code, the Development Review Committee found that there was a public necessity to reduce the number of on -site parking spaces by one, to meet the requirement for a disabled accessible space.
