SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR SEPTEMBER 9, 2003 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC
CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:10 A.M. by Chair Paulson.
ATTENDANCE

Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer
ITEM 1: 15960 Rose Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-03-3
Requesting approval of a grading permit and to construct a detached accessory
structure over 450 square feet on property zoned R-1:8. APN 410-19-018.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: David and Molly Grunbaum
Representative for the project not present. Deemed complete. Application approved
pending neighborhood notification.
ITEM 2: 15220 Kennedy Road
Architecture and Site Application S-01-98
Requesting approval of a grading permit for landscaping improvements and approval
to install solar panels on property zoned HR-2 ½. APN 537-15-004.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Jim Deichstetter
Deemed complete. Matter will be tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission
hearing when environmental review is complete.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:25 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting of
the Development Review Committee is the next Tuesday.
