ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Joel Paulson, Planner Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer ITEM 1: 32 N. Santa Cruz Avenue Conditional Use Permit U-04-3 Requesting approval of a formula store (Traditions) on property zoned C -2. APN 529-03-055 PROPERTY OWNER: Larry Arzie APPLICANT: Roland Wentzel Deemed complete. Matter tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of September 10, 2003. ITEM 2: 575 N. Santa Cruz Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-04-4 Requesting approval to relocate trash enclosure and make minor exterior a lterations to provide parking inside the existing building on property zoned C -1. APN 410-15-075 PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: James Reese Representative for the project not present. Deemed complete. Application approved. ITEM 3: 17150 Mill Rise Way Architecture and Site Application S-02-67 Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence, pool and accessory structures and construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR -1. APN 532-19-003. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Kent and Marleen Kirkorian Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee.
