SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR AUGUST 19, 2003 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC
CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Paulson.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:

Architecture and Site Application S-03-52
Requesting approval to demolish a single family re sidence and to construct a new residence
on property prezoned R -1:12. APN 409-30-34.
PROPERTY OWNER: Mateo Go and Joyce Kobori
APPLICANT: Pacific Builders, Inc.
Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to Development Review
Committee. Once complete, Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed.
ITEM 2: 16575 Kennedy Road
Architecture and Site Application S-02-87
Requesting approval to de molish a single family residence and to construct a new residence
on property zoned HR-1. APN 532-17-018.
PROPERTY OWNER: Fred Ebrahimi
APPLICANT: James P. Wright
Deemed incomplete by Planning Engineering and Fire Divisions. Does not need to return
to Development Review Committee. Once complete, item will be set for Planning Commission
meeting.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:40 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting of
the Development Review Committee is the next Tuesday.
