SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR AUGUST 12, 2003 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC
CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE

Requesting approval to modify the rear of a pre-1941 commercial building on

Deemed complete, application approved.

Requesting approval to modify the exterior of a commercial storefront(formerly
Oakville Grocery) and to approve a formula store (Talbots) on property zoned

APPLICANT: Talbots
Representative of applicant not present. Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does
not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be
scheduled for a Planning Commission meeting.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned a t9:15A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting of the
Development Review Committee is the next Tuesday.
