TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR AUGUST 5, 2003 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC
CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Paulson.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Joel Paulson, Planner
Judie Gilli, Assistant Planner
Julie Linney, Fire Department
Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer
ITEM 1: 16101 Shannon Road
Architecture and Site Application S-03-47
Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new
residence on property zoned R-1:20. APN 523-10-007.
PROPERTY OWNER: Wes and Cathy Emison
APPLICANT: Flick Enterprises
Deemed incomplete by the Planning Division. Does not need to return to Development
Review Committee. Once complete, application will be approved pending
notification of neighbors.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:15 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is the next Tuesday.
