SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR JULY 22, 2003 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER,
110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Paulson.
ATTENDANCE

Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer
ITEM 1: 210 E. Main Street
Conditional Use Permit U-03-1
Requesting approval to modify hours of operation, requirements for special events,
operation of spa and to allow retail sales on property zoned C-1:PD. APN
529-34-068.
PROPERTY OWNER: Pinn Brothers Construction
APPLICANT: Greg Pinn
Deemed complete. Matter tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission
meeting of August 18, 2003.

Architecture and Site Application S-03-13
Requesting approval to demolish single family residence and to construct a new
single family residence and to construct a detached garage within the required
setbacks on a nonconforming lot pre-zoned R-1:8. APN 523-26-003
PROPERTY OWNER: Regina Kautskoya
APPLICANT: Scott Erskine
Deemed incomplete by planning Division. Does not need to return to Development
Review Committee. Once complete, Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:30 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is the next Tuesday.
