TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR JUNE 17, 2003 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER,

The meeting was called to order at 9:00A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Sandy Baily, Associate Planner
Julie Linney, Fire Department
Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer

Architecture and Site Application S-03-42
Requesting approval to demolish and construct a new single family residence within
the required setbacks on a nonconforming lot zoned R-1:8. APN 532-41-003
PROPERTY OWNER: Steven & Laurie Deck
APPLICANT: Britt Rowe
Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to Development
Review Committee. Once complete, Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:15 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is the next Tuesday.
