TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR JUNE 3, 2003 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER,
110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:10 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Sandy Baily, Associate Planner
Julie Linney, Fire Department
Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer
ITEM 1: 145 S. Santa Cruz Avenue
Conditional Use Permit U-03-6
Architecture and Site Application S-03-44
(Bus Depot) and Montebello Way (Verizon). Review of building permit plans for
parking lot improvements. APN 529-01-028.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Town of Los Gatos
The plans were reviewed and comments were made by committee members. Matter going
through the building permit process.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:40 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is the next Tuesday.
