TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR MAY 27, 2003 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER,
110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Davis.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:

Requesting approval of a vesting tentative map for 21 residential lots and approval to
construct 20 new single family residences and to relocate and modify a pre-1941
single family residence on property zoned RM:5-12:PD. APN 409-20-006
PROPERTY OWNER: Guy Lamar
APPLICANT: Classic Communities, Inc.
The application was deemed complete contingent upon receipt of revised plans with
minor deficiencies addressed.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:15 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is the next Tuesday.
