SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR MAY 20, 2003 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER,
110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Sandy Baily, Associate Planner
Suzanne Davis, Associate Planner
Julie Linney, Fire Department
Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer
ITEM 1: 248 University Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-02-52
Requesting approval to construct a first and second story addition which exceeds the
allowable Floor Area Ratio on property zoned R-1D:LHP. APN 529-04-094
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Carlos and Aida Dangelo
Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to the Development
Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for a Planning
Commission meeting.
ITEM 2: 237 Forrester Road
Architecture and Site Application S-02-73
Requesting approval to demolish an existing residence and to construct a new
residence on property zoned HR-2 ½ . APN 537-21-008.
PROPERTY OWNER: Bob Flury Design Group
APPLICANT: Mr. and Mrs. Yves Audebert
Deemed incomplete by Planning and Engineering Divisions. Does not need to return
to the Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled
for a Planning Commission meeting.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:25 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is the following Tuesday.
