04-29-03 Minutes - DRC TOWN OF LOS GATOS 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95032 (408) 354-6872 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR APRIL 29, 2003 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily. ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Suzanne Davis, Associate Planner Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner Judie Gilli, Assistant Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer Verbal communications: Ray Davis talked about the DRC process and his concern about an intent to deceive the public. Tony Jeans spoke in response to Mr. Davis’ comments and stated that he felt the DRC was the most objective body in the Town. Mr. Jeans said the DRC does make some subjective comments to assist applicant but is always objective in reviewing applications. ITEM 1: 14548 La Rinconada Drive Architecture and Site Application S-03-46 Requesting approval of a time extension of an approved application to demolish an existing single family residence and to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1:8. APN 409-30-008 PROPERTY OWNER: David Feece APPLICANT: THIS Design Deemed complete, application approved pending notification of the neighbors. ITEM 2: 300 Calle Marguerita Subdivision Application M-02-12 Requesting approval of a nine lot subdivision on property zoned RM:5-12:PD. APN 409-04-054. PROPERTY OWNER: HL & L99 LLC APPLICANT: Sui Hwu Deemed complete, matter tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of May 28, 2003. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:15 A.M.
