SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE (DRC)
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR APRIL 8, 2003 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily
ATTENDANCE

ITEM 1: 188 Villa Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-03-2
Requesting approval to demolish a pre-1941 single family residence and construct a
new residence and a detached accessory structure that will project into the required
setbacks on property zoned R-1D. APN 529-34-050.
PROPERTY OWNER: Dan Ross
APPLICANT: E. Gary Schloh
Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to DRC. Matter
tentatively scheduled for the PC meeting of 5/28/03.
ITEM 2: 127 Harding Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-02-78
Requesting approval to partially demolish a pre-1941 single family residence and to
construct a major addition with a new detached garage over 450 square feet in area on
property zoned R-1:8. APN 532-35-020.

Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to DRC. Once
complete, application will be approved pending neighborhood notification.

Requesting approval to partially demolish a single family residence and to construct

Deemed complete. Tentatively scheduled for the PC meeting of 4/23/03.
