The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE

Conditional Use Permit U-03-4
Requesting approval to modify a conditional use permit to increase the hours of
operation for a restaurant (Lisa’s Tea Treasures) on property zoned C -2. APN
529-04-040
PROPERTY OWNER: Melidimar, LLC
APPLICANT: Carol Hennessy and Simona Todoran
Deemed complete. Matter tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission
meeting of May 14, 2003.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:15 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
