ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Suzanne Davis, Associate Planner Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer ITEM 1 108 Prospect Court Architecture and Site Application S-03-9 Requesting approval of a grading permit for sit improvements which include walls, a water storage basin and storm water retention on property zoned R-1:20. APN 529-44-007. PROPERTY OWNER: Jon B. Minnis APPLICANT: Hill Built Construction Deemed incomplete. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete, application will be approved pending neighborhood notification. ITEM 2: 245 Glen Ridge Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-03-4 Requesting approval to demolish and construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1:8. APN 523-04-018. PROPERTY OWNER: Mark and Barbara Beck APPLICANT: E. Gary Schloh Deemed complete. Application will be approved pending neighborhood notification. ITEM 3: 15715 Shannon Road Architecture and Site Application S-02-39 Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new residence on property in the HR-2 ½ zone. APN 537-26-037. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Jim Sullivan Deemed complete. Matter tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of May 4, 2003. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:20A.M.
