SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR MARCH 18, 2003 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC
CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Sandy Baily, Associate Planner
Suzanne Davis, Associate Planner

Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer
ITEM 1 108 Prospect Court
Architecture and Site Application S-03-9
Requesting approval of a grading permit for sit improvements which include walls, a
water storage basin and storm water retention on property zoned R-1:20. APN
529-44-007.
PROPERTY OWNER: Jon B. Minnis
APPLICANT: Hill Built Construction
Deemed incomplete. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete, application
will be approved pending neighborhood notification.
ITEM 2: 245 Glen Ridge Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-03-4
Requesting approval to demolish and construct a new single family residence on
property zoned R-1:8. APN 523-04-018.

Deemed complete. Application will be approved pending neighborhood notification.
ITEM 3: 15715 Shannon Road

Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new
residence on property in the HR-2 ½ zone. APN 537-26-037.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Jim Sullivan
Deemed complete. Matter tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission
meeting of May 4, 2003.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:20A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is for the next Tuesday.
