SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR MARCH 11, 2003 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC
CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:10 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:

Architecture and Site Application S-03-010
Requesting approval of an unlawful demolition, to construct a new single family
residence pursuant to approved building plans on a lot zoned R-1:8. APN
527-42-022.
PROPERTY OWNER: Thomas Mangano
APPLICANT: Tom Sloan
Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to DRC. Once
complete, application will be approved pending notification of neighbors.
ITEM 2: 423 N. Santa Cruz Avenue
Conditional Use Permit U-02-19
Architecture and Site Application S-02-071
Requesting approval of a super drugstore (Walgreens) and exterior changes to the
building on property zoned C-1. APN 410-16-011.
PROPERTY OWNER: Cherin Family Limited Partnership
APPLICANT: Thomas Boyd, QDC, Inc
Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to DRC. Matter
tentatively scheduled for a Planning Commission meeting.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:30A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is for the next Tuesday.
