TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR MARCH 4, 2003 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER,

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Castillo.
ATTENDANCE

Conditional Use Permit U-02-17
Requesting architecture and site approval and a modification of a conditional use
permit to construct a two story site manager unit at an existing plant nursery on
property zoned LM and O. APN 529-11-025.
PROPERTY OWNER: Steve and Birit Molho
APPLICANT: Anderson & Sweeters Construction
Deemed complete. Tentatively set for the Planning Commission Meeting of April
9, 2003..
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:20 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is the next Tuesday.
