SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR FEBRUARY 25, 2003 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC
CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Castillo.

Requesting approval to (1) demolish a single family residence, (2) to construct a new
residence (3) to demolish a portion of a pre-1941 secondary dwelling , to relocate
the secondary dwelling unit and to add onto the unit on property zoned R-1:D. APN
510-42-008.
