The meeting was called to order at 9:10 A.M. by Chair Baily.

PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Aaron W. Bean
Deemed complete. Application approved pending notification of the neighbors.

Requesting approval demolish a pre-1941 single family residence and to construct a
