ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer ITEM 1: 345 Johnson Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-02-86 Requesting approval demolish a single family residence and to construct a new residence on property zoned R-1:8. APN 532-28-008. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Aaron W. Bean Deemed complete. Application approved pending notification of the neighbors. ITEM 2: 145 Johnson Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-02-85 Requesting approval demolish a pre-1941 single family residence and to construct a new residence on a non-conforming lot zoned R-1:8. APN 532-29-007. PROPERTY OWNER: Anthony and Susan Gordon APPLICANT: E. Gary Schloh Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to DRC. Tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission Meeting of March 12, 2003. ITEM 3: 109 Lasuen Ct. Architecture and Site Application S-02-012 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1:8. APN 523-42-015 Action is for denial due to lack of progress. PROPERTY OWNER: Union Avenue Development LLC APPLICANT: TS Civil Engineering Inc A representative of the project was not present. Denied to lack of progress. ITEM 4: 110 Lasuen Ct.
