The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Paulson.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:

Julie Linney, Fire Department
Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer
ITEM 1: 17150 Mill Rise Way
Architecture and Site Application S-02-67
Requesting approval to demolish and construct a new single family residence on property zoned
HR-1.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Kent and Marleen Kirkorian
Deemed incomplete by Planning and Engineering Division. Does not need to return
to DRC. Once complete, item will be scheduled for a Planning Commission Meeting.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:40 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is the following
