01-28-03 Minutes - DRC TOWN OF LOS GATOS 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95032 (408) 354-6872 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR JANUARY 28, 2003 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Baily. ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Suzanne Davis, Associate Planner Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer Verbal Communication: Mr. Davis spoke about the DRC process and that he felt the public should be better informed about these meetings. ITEM 1: 16004 Los Gatos Blvd. Conditional Use Permit U-02-21 Requesting approval to operate an ice cream parlor (Cold Stone Creamery) on property zoned C-1. PROPERTY OWNER: COLG, LP APPLICANT: Catherine Asbun Deemed complete. Application approved contingent upon notification of the neighbors. ITEM 2: 130 Wooded View Drive Architecture and Site Application S-02-40 Requesting approval to construct a second story addition and a grading permit for a swimming pool and landscaping on property zoned HR-1. PROPERTY OWNER: Amir and Danette Mashkoori APPLICANT: Michael D. Vierhus Deemed incomplete by Planning and Engineering Division. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete, Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed. ITEM 3: 615 Blossom Hill Road Architecture and Site Application S-02-27 Requesting approval to construct up to 49 new apartment units on property zoned RM:5-12:PD. PROPERTY OWNER: Steve Dilbeck, Bruce and Jean Dunn, Trustees, Cupertino Development Corporation and Bill Errico APPLICANT: Cupertino Development Corporation Deemed complete. Scheduled for the Planning Commission Meeting of February 12, 2003. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:40 A.M.
