ATTENDANCE Members Present: Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer ITEM 1: 14140 Blossom Hill Road Conditional Use Permit Application U-02-22 Requesting approval to legalize a nonconforming liquor store (Ernies Liquor) on property zoned C-1. PROPERTY OWNER: Duckett -Wilson Development Co. APPLICANT: Phuoc Van Le Deemed complete. Matter scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of February 26, 2003. ITEM 2: 546 San Benito Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-02-013 Variance Application V-03-1 Requesting approval to demolish a pre-1941 single family residence, construct a new residence which will exceed the floor area ratio, and a variance to reduce the required driveway length on a non-conforming lot zoned R-1D. PROPERTY OWNER: Darren Carroll APPLICANT: Derek Van Alstine Residential Design Deemed complete. Matter scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of January 22, 2003. ITEM 4: 14240 Lora Drive Architecture and Site Application S-02-84 Requesting approval of a time extension for a previously approved project to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R -1:8. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Michael Dugan Deemed complete. Application approved pending neighborhood notification. ITEM 5: 16041 Winterbrook Road Architecture and Site Application S-02-83 Variance Application V-02-004 Requesting approval of an unlawful demolition, to construct a new single family residence pursuant to approved building plans for an addition, and a v ariance for the reduction of the side yard setback on property zoned R-1:8.
