The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.

PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Gholam-Reza Golshan
Deemed complete. Application approved pending notification of the neighbors.
ITEM 2: 14930 Larga Vista Drive
Architecture and Site Application S-02-066
Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned
HR-1.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Frank and Carey Lisowski
Deemed complete. Matter scheduled for the Planning Commission Meeting of January 22,
2003.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:15 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is the following Tuesday.
