The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE

Variance Application V-02-002
Requesting approval of a variance to legalize two canvas canopy carports within the
front setback and to reduce the required vehicle back up area on property zoned
R-1:8.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Mark J. Medalie
Deemed complete. Matter tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission
meeting of January 8, 2003.

Conditional Use Permit Application U-02-13
Requesting approval to operate a dance studio on property zoned C-1.
