SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS FOR NOVEMBER 19, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL LOBBY, CIVIC CENTER, 110
EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Sandy Baily, Associate Planner
Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner
Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer
Julie Linney, Fire Department
ITEM 1: 248 University Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-02-52
Requesting approval to construct a first and second story addition which exceeds the
allowable Floor Area Ratio on property zoned R-1D:LHP.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Carlos and Aida Dangelo
Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to DRC. Matter
tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission Meeting of January 8, 2003.
ITEM 2: 143 Hillbrook Drive
Architecture and Site Application S-02-077
Requesting approval to legalize an unlawful demolition and to construct a new single
family residence which reflects the approved building permit plans for an addition on
property zoned R-1:8.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Miriam Hurtado
Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to DRC. Once
complete, Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed. Application approved
pending notification to neighbors.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:25 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is Tuesday, November
26, 2002.
