11-05-02 Minutes - DRC TOWN OF LOS GATOS 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95032 (408) 354-6872 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR NOVEMBER 5, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CAMBERS LOBBY, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily. ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer Julie Linney, Fire Department Fletch Parsons, Associate Engineer ITEM 1: 326 University Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-02-69 Requesting approval to construct a detached garage within the required setbacks on a nonconforming parcel zoned R-1D:LHP. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Chris and Kristin Tedford Deemed complete. Application approved pending notification of neighbors. ITEM 2: 45 Manzanita Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-01-81 Requesting approval of a grading permit for a new driveway and a driveway extension to a proposed garage on property zoned HR-1. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Michael Conrad Deemed complete. Application approved pending notification of neighbors. ITEM 3: 206 N. Santa Cruz Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-02-054 Variance Application V-02-5 Conditional Use Permit U-02-14 Requesting (1) approval to modify the exterior of a building, (2) a variance to have off site parking and (3) modification of a conditional use permit for a restaurant to increase the number of seats, have outside dining to have full liquor service with a separate bar and to have an alternating use of off site parking on property zoned C-2. PROPERTY OWNER: Sophi Rao APPLICANT: Dean Devincenzi Deemed incomplete by Planning and Engineering Divisions. Does not meet to return to DRC. Matter tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of November 13, 2002. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:35 A.M.
