SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR OCTOBER 22, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC
CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Sandy Baily, Associate Planner
Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner
Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner
Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer
Julie Linney, Fire Department
Verbal Communication: Ray Davis spoke and (1) complained that DRC comments were
not made available before the meeting, (2) stated he did not have his walking
stick, and (3) expressed concern to the Fire Department that they should be involved
in the hillside planting and discourage Coyote Brush.

Architecture and Site Application S-02-57
Requesting approval of a first and second story addition which projects into the
required setbacks on a nonconforming lot zoned R-1:20
PROPERTY OWNER: David Guericio
APPLICANT: Twain Reed
Deemed complete, application will be approved pending notification of the
neighbors.
ITEM 2: 14545 Oka Road
Architecture and Site Application S-02-53
Requesting approval to construct an addition to replace the bathrooms and to provide
an accessible ramp on property zoned R-1:8.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Santa Clara Valley Water District
Deemed complete. Application approved.
