SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR OCTOBER 8, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC
CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Paulson.
ATTENDANCE

ITEM 1: 140 W. Main Street
Conditional Use Permit Application U-02-7
Requesting approval to modify a conditional use permit concerning the operation of
the banquet facility on property zoned C-2:LHP.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Paul Dorsa
Deemed complete. Matter has been tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission
meeting of October 23, 2002.
ITEM 2: 14561 Winchester Boulevard
Development Application PD-02-2
Architecture and Site Application S-02-51
Negative Declaration ND-02-01
Requesting approval of a General Plan amendment from Low Density Residential to
Medium Density Residential and a zone change from R-1:12 to RM:5-12:PD for a
residential subdivision and approval to demolish a pre-1941 single family residence.
PROPERTY OWNER: Frances S. Lamar, Trustee, et al
APPLICANT: Classic Communities, Inc.
Plans are complete. Matter will be scheduled for a Planning Commission meeting when the
application is deemed complete. Does not need to return to DRC.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:20 A.M. The next regularly scheduled
meeting of the Development Review Committee is Tuesday, October
15, 2002.
