SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR SEPTEMBER 24, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC
CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Sandy Baily, Associate Planner
Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner
Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner
Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer
Julie Linney, Fire Department
Verbal Communication: Ray Davis stated that he did not bring his walking stick
to the meeting. He also brought to the Committee’s attention that he was featured
in a newspaper article.
ITEM 1: 326 Village Lane
Architecture and Site Application S-02-38
Requesting approval to construct a first story addition to a commercial building on
property zoned C-2.
PROPERTY OWNER: Jerome Atwood et al
APPLICANT: John Lien
Application deemed complete. Required findings and considerations were made and
the application was approved.
ITEM 2: 608 and 610 University Avenue
Subdivision Application M-02-17
Requesting approval of a lot line adjustment between two parcels zoned LM.
PROPERTY OWNERS\APPLICANTS: Glasco Singleton and Richard Raynes
Application deemed complete and approved.
ITEM 3: 544 University Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-02-55
Requesting approval of an unlawful demolition and to construct a new single family
residence on property zoned RM:12-20.
PROPERTY OWNER: Chris Wiley
APPLICANT: Terry Martin Associates
Application deemed complete and pending notification of neighbors, application
was approved.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:25 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is Tuesday, October
1, 2002.
