09-10-02 Minutes - DRC TOWN OF LOS GATOS 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95032 (408) 354-6872 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR SEPTEMBER 10, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Baily. ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Suzanne Davis, Associate Planner Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer Julie Linney, Fire Department Orry Korb, Town Attorney Verbal Communications: Ray Davis informed the Committee that he does not have his walking stick today. Mr. Davis also made reference to the book The Piranha. ITEM 1: 16 Lyndon Avenue Conditional Use Permit Application U-02-10 Requesting approval of a conditional use permit to operate a dance and pilates studio with alternating use of parking on property zoned C-2. PROPERTY OWNER: Suzanne Frazer and David Chmielewski APPLICANT: Marcie Achkire Deemed complete. Matter tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission Meeting of September 25, 2002. ITEM 2: 14300-14350 Winchester Boulevard Architecture and Site Application S-02-42 Subdivision Application M-02-5 Requesting approval to construct an office/research and development building and 135 apartments and a tentative map to subdivide the site into three lots on property zoned CM:PD. A study session on this matter will be held by the Planning Commission at 5:30 pm. PROPERTY OWNER: Sobrato Interests II a CAL, L.P. APPLICANT: Kenneth Rodrigues & Partners Deemed complete. Application was approved contingent upon public notification. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:30 A.M.
