TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR AUGUST 20, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC
CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE

Architecture and Site Application S-02-47
Requesting approval construct an accessory structure over 450 square feet in area
within the required setbacks and to exceed the allowable lot coverage for accessory
structures on property zoned R-1:8
PROPERTY OWNER: John and Lisa Deegan
APPLICANT: Gary Schloh
Deemed complete. Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed.
ITEM 2: 15270 Oak Ridge Way
Architecture and Site Application S-01-068
Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned
R-1:20.
PROPERTY OWNER: Doug & Jeri Barnes

Deemed incomplete by Engineering Division. Does not need to return to DRC. Once
complete, Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed
