SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR AUGUST 13, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE

ITEM 1: 50 University Avenue, Suite 180
Conditional Use Permit Application U-02-11
Requesting approval to modify an existing conditional use permit to increase the
hours of operation for an existing restaurant on property zoned C-2:LHP:PD.
PROPERTY OWNER: Federal Realty
APPLICANT: Steve & Julie Hauck/Wine Cellar Restaurant
Deemed complete. Matter tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission
Meeting of August 28, 2002.
ITEM 2: 177 Loma Alta Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-02-24
Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new
single family residence within the required setback with a detached accessory
structure within the required setbacks on a nonconforming lot zoned R-1:8
PROPERTY OWNER: COBE Associates, LLC
APPLICANT: Anderson & Sweeters Construction
Deemed complete. Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed.
