OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR AUGUST 6, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.

Requesting approval to construct an addition to an existing second story of a
townhouse on property zoned RM-5:12:LHP:PD.
PROPERTY OWNER: Rick and Margie Becker

Deemed complete, application approved.

Requesting approval of a lot line adjustment between two parcels zoned R:1-8

Requesting approval to modify an existing conditional use permit to allow temporary
parking for Los Gatos Unified School District faculty and staff during construction
activities at Van Meter and Fisher Schools on property zoned R-1:8.

APPLICANT: Los Gatos Unified School District
Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to DRC. Once
complete, matter will be scheduled for next available public hearing.

Requesting approval to partially demolish/remodel a single family residence on
property zoned R-1:12.
