ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer Julie Linney, Fire Department Tom Williams, Assistant Community Development Director Fleur Voute, Planning Intern ITEM 1 356 Bean Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-02-48 Requesting approval to construct an addition to an existing second story of a townhouse on property zoned RM-5:12:LHP:PD. PROPERTY OWNER: Rick and Margie Becker APPLICANT: Anderson and Sweeters Construction Deemed complete, application approved. ITEM 2: 15983 Rose Avenue Subdivision Applications M-02-10 Requesting approval of a lot line adjustment between two parcels zoned R:1-8 PROPERTY OWNER: Robert Devincenzi and Pamela Wilkerson /Gina Bugani APPLICANT: Robert Devincenzi and Pamela Wilkerson Deemed complete, application approved. ITEM 3: 16330 Los Gatos Blvd. Conditional Use Permit U-02-09 Requesting approval to modify an existing conditional use permit to allow temporary parking for Los Gatos Unified School District faculty and staff during construction activities at Van Meter and Fisher Schools on property zoned R-1:8. PROPERTY OWNER: Calvary Church APPLICANT: Los Gatos Unified School District Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available public hearing. ITEM 4: 191 Longmeadow Drive Architecture and Site Application S-02-3 Requesting approval to partially demolish/remodel a single family residence on property zoned R-1:12. PROPERTY OWNER: Jill and Craig Fordyce APPLICANT: Terry J. Martin Deemed complete. Notice of Intent to Approve has been mailed. If no opposition is received, application will be approved.
