OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR JULY 2, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC
CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Lynch.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner
Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer

Architecture and Site Application S-02-18
Requesting approval to demolish an accessory structure, construct a new single
family residence and a detached garage within the required setbacks on a
nonconforming lot zoned R-1:8.
PROPERTY OWNER: Nevada Parkside Development
APPLICANT: Larry Schaadt
Deemed complete. Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned a 9:15 A.M. The next regularly scheduled
