06-25-02 Minutes - DRC TOWN OF LOS GATOS 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95032 (408) 354-6872 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR June 25, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Baily. ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer Julie Linney, Fire Department Verbal Communication: Mr. Davis express concern that two council members had a conflict of interest in acting on the Sobrato Development since they are on the VTC Board. ITEM 1: 141 New York Avenue Subdivision Applications M-02-7 Requesting approval of a lot line adjustment between two parcels zoned R-1D. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: James Kennedy Deemed incomplete. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, Notice of Intent to Approve the application will be mailed. ITEM 2: 130 Nina Court (Lot 1) Architecture and Site Application S-01-102 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1:10. PROPERTY OWNER: Michael M. Fjelstad APPLICANT: LG Investors LLC 130 Nina Court (Lot 2) a. Architecture and Site Application S-01-103 b. Variance Application V-02-1 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence and a variance to have parking within the required front setback on property zoned R -1:10. PROPERTY OWNER: Michael M. Fjelstad APPLICANT: LG Investors LLC 130 Nina Court (Lot 3) Architecture and Site Application S-01-104 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1:10. PROPERTY OWNER: Michael M. Fjelstad APPLICANT: LG Investors LLC All three applications deemed incomplete. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, applications will be scheduled for a Planning Commission agenda. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 10:00A.M.
