06-18-02 Minutes - DRC TOWN OF LOS GATOS 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95032 (408) 354-6872 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR June 18, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Baily. ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer Julie Linney, Fire Department Tom Williams, Assistant Community Development Director Verbal Communications: Mr. Davis spoke about the Mill Rise application, which was previously reviewed by Development Review Committee, and expressed concern that Planning had no deficiencies. ITEM 1: 326 Village Lane (Revised) Architecture and Site Application S-02-38 Requesting approval to construct a first story addition to a commercial building on property zoned C-2. PROPERTY OWNER: Jerome Atwood et al APPLICANT: John Lien Deemed complete. Tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission Meeting of August 28, 2002. ITEM 2: 14300-14350 Winchester Boulevard Architecture and Site Application S-02-42 Subdivision Application M-02-5 Requesting approval to construct an office/research and development building and 135 apartments and a tentative map to subdivide the site into three lots on property zoned CM:PD. A study session on this matter will be held by the Planning Commission at 5:30 pm. PROPERTY OWNER: Sobrato Interests II a CAL, L.P. APPLICANT: Kenneth Rodrigues & Partners Deemed Complete. Matter scheduled for the Planning Commission Meeting of June 26, 2002. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:40 A.M.
