SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR June 11, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Sandy Baily, Associate Planner
Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner
Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner
Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer
Darlene Monroe, Senior Building Inspector
ITEM 1: 177 Loma Alta Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-02-24
Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new
single family residence within the required setback with a detached accessory
structure within the required setbacks on a nonconforming lot zoned R-1:8
PROPERTY OWNER: COBE Associates, LLC
APPLICANT: Anderson & Sweeters Construction
Deemed incomplete by Planning and Engineering Divisions. Does not need to return
to Development Review Committee. Once complete, Notice of Intent to Approve will
be mailed.
ITEM 2: 106 Regent Drive
Architecture and Site Application S-02-37
Requesting approval of a grading permit to construct a swimming pool and spa on
property zoned HR-1:PD.
PROPERTY OWNER: Victor and Natasha Kremer
APPLICANT: Aqua Blue Swimming Pools
Deemed incomplete by Planning and Engineering Divisions. Does not need to return
to Development Review Committee. Once complete, Notice of Intent to Approve will
be mailed.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:25 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is Tuesday, June 18,
2002.
