06-04-02 Minutes - DRC TOWN OF LOS GATOS 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95032 (408) 354-6872 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR JUNE 4, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily. ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer Tom Williams, Assistant Community Development Director ITEM 1: 15055 Los Gatos Blvd Conditional Use Permit U-02-5 Requesting approval to install wireless communication antennas on property zoned CH. PROPERTY OWNER: Elizabeth Dodson and William Hirschman APPLICANT: AT&T Wireless Services Deemed complete. Tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission Meeting of July 24, 2002. ITEM 2: 112 Bond Court Architecture and Site Application S-02-26 Requesting approval of a second story addition that exceeds the allowable FAR for both the house and the garage on a non-conforming property zoned R-1:20. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Robert Hargrove Deemed complete. Tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission Meeting of August 24, 2002. ITEM 3: 119 Wheeler Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-02-23 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1:8 PROPERTY OWNER: John and Sharon Dietrich APPLICANT: Michael Vierhus Plans complete. Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed once story poles are installed. ITEM 4: End of Miles Avenue Conditional Use Permit U-02-6 Requesting approval to install wireless communication antennas on property zoned RM:5-12. PROPERTY OWNER: Pacific Gas and Electric APPLICANT: Cingular Wireless Deemed incomplete. Does not need to return to Planning Commission. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission meeting. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:20A.M.
