SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR MAY 28, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC
CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner
Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer
Julie Linney, Fire Department
ITEM 1: 110 Wood Road
Architecture and Site Application S-02-21
Requesting approval of a grading permit to construct new parking spaces, retaining
walls and emergency access road improvements on property zoned RPD.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Episcopal Homes Foundation
Application denied since the proposal is not consistent with the approved Planned
Development. Appeal rights were given to the applicant.
ITEM 2: 17148 Mill Rise Way
Architecture and Site Application S-01-111
Requesting approval to legalize an unlawful demolition and to construct a new single
family residence on property zoned HR-1.
PROPERTY OWNER: Mr. and Mrs. Perrucci
APPLICANT: Terry J. Martin AIA
Deemed incomplete. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete, matte r will be
scheduled for a Planning Commission Meeting.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:20 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is Tuesday, June 4th,
2002.
