OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR MAY 14, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC
CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:25 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Sandy Baily, Associate Planner
Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner
Julie Linney, Fire Department
Tom Williams, Assistant Community Development Director
Verbal Communications: Ray Davis spoke that staff needs to act on Town Council
direction and be more accurate with their Development Review Committee comments.
ITEM 1: 15471 Francis Oaks Way
Architecture and Site Application S-02-35
Requesting a modification to a previous approval of a new single family residence to
convert an attic to habitable space on property zoned HR-1.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Bacchus Inv.
Deemed complete. Application tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission
Meeting of June 12, 2002.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:45A.M. The next regularly scheduled
meeting of the Development Review Committee is Tuesday, May
21, 2002.
