CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Castillo.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner
Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer
Julie Linney, Fire Department
Darlene Monroe, Senior Building Inspector
ITEM 1: 16920 Farley Road
a. Subdivision Application M-02-2
b. Zone Change Application Z-02-1
Requesting approval of a two lot subdivision on property zoned R-1:8:LHP and a
zone change request to remove the LHP overlay zone from the newly created parcel.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Ashok and Erin Chippa
The application is deemed complete and tentatively scheduled for the Planning
Commission meeting of 6/12/02.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:15 A.M. The next regularly scheduled
meeting of the Development Review Committee is Tuesday, May
14, 2002.
