ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer Julie Linney, Fire Department ITEM 1: 233 Blossom Hill Road Architecture and Site Application S-02-30 Requesting approval to relocate and construct a new bandstand at Oak Meadow Park which is zoned RC. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Town of Los Gatos Deemed complete. Application approved. ITEM 2: 272 Marchmont Drive (Revised Plans) Architecture and Site Application S-02-6 Requesting approval of a grading permit to construct a retaining wall on property zoned R-1:10. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Josep h and Michele Regan Deemed complete. Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed. ITEM 3: 197 Kimble Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-02-9 Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and swimming pool and to construct a new single family residence and swimming pool on property zoned R-1:20. PROPERTY OWNER: Tim and Joan Conley APPLICANT: THIS Design Deemed complete. Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed. ITEM 4: 111 Church Street Conditional Use Permit Application U-02-2 Requesting approval of a conditional use permit for the United Methodist Church, minor architectural modifications to the existing facility, and a variance to legalize off site parking on property zoned R-M:5-12. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Los Gatos United Methodist Church Deemed complete. Tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission Meeting of June 12, 2002. ITEM 5: 221 Belmont Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-02-22 Requesting approval to relocate the front portion of an existing single family residence, t o remove the rear portion and to add a first and second story addition on a pre -1941 residence on property zoned R-1:8. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Phyllis Seaborn Deemed complete. Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed. ITEM 6: 14742 Eastview Drive Architecture and Site Application S-02-15 Requesting approval to demolish an existing residence, construct a new residence, and construct an accessory structure within the required setbacks on property zoned R -1:12. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Dale and Monique Drumm Deemed complete. Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed. ITEM 7: 10 Monroe Court a. Planned Development Application PD -01-2 b. Architecture and Site Application S -01-100 c. Negative Declaration ND-01-14 Requesting approval of a Planned Development to change the zone from RM: 12 -20 to RM: 12-20:PD to construct four dwelling units and Architecture and Site approval to demolish four existing pre-1941 residences. If no significant environmental impacts are identified as a result of this project, a Negative Declaration is recommended. PROPERTY OWNER: David H.
